How to cook chicken with pineapples

Chicken meat can be taken from any part - cut from the breast or from the legs. The main thing is that the pieces are thin and long.


Before frying, you must warm up the pan, set it to high heat, then pour in the oil. Quantity - to taste. I pour a lot - about a fifth of a glass. And after a minute, lay out the chicken so that all the pieces touch the bottom. Fry for 5 minutes on one side, stir and another 5 minutes. You want a barely noticeable golden crust to appear.
