Ingredients (for 4 small servings):

  • one large chicken fillet
  • 0.4 white loaf or unsweetened roll
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 400 gr.
  • natural yogurt or kefir - 80 ml.,
  • soy sauce - 40 ml.
  • oat bran or any other - 2 tbsp.
  • egg - 1-2 pcs.
  • hard cheese (grated on a fine grater) - 90 gr.,
  • almonds or walnuts (ground into crumbs) - to taste

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • fresh tomatoes - 3 pcs.,
  • garlic - 2 cloves,
  • sea ​​salt, black ground pepper- taste,
  • dill or other greens

Preparation:

- cut into small pieces and put in a bowl

- marinate for a day (in the refrigerator) in a mixture of yogurt and soy sauce. If time is short, then the chicken can be left in the marinade for 2-3 hours.
But, nevertheless, chicken nuggets are more tasty, soft and juicy after being kept in the marinade for a day.
