You will need:

Dough:
1st category eggs 4 pcs.
flour 14 tbsp. spoons
a pinch of salt
vodka 2 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil for deep frying 500 ml.

sugar 300 g.
water 100 ml.
lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Add beaten eggs to flour and knead the dough.
Place the finished dough in an airtight container and leave to rise.

Make cuts on each triangle so that it looks like a spruce branch.
Deep fry each sprig. Then blot with a napkin.

Prepare syrup.
Pour 300 g of sugar into 100 ml. water.
Add a teaspoon lemon juice.
