  9. After half an hour, take the bag of cheese out of the pan, transfer it to a work surface and carefully roll it out into a thin rectangular layer using a rolling pin.

  10. Carefully cut the top layer of the bag along the center and completely open the edges of the bag to the sides.

  11. Place the cream cheese filling on the cheese layer and spread evenly with a spatula.

  12. Place 8-9 washed lettuce leaves on top.

  13. Place the crab stick filling on the lettuce leaves and carefully distribute using a spatula.

Let's start cooking, first we'll prepare the cheese for all three recipes.

Place the sliced ​​pieces of cheese in separate, preferably thick, plastic bags.

I first boiled water in a saucepan, and now we put the bags of cheese into a saucepan with boiling water, but do not put it on the fire anymore.

Set the pan aside for 20-25 minutes so that the cheese completely melts.

In the meantime, prepare the fillings for all three rolls.

For roll with crab filling, into a bowl with finely grated crab sticks, add chopped whites of boiled eggs (I also grated them on a fine grater), squeeze the garlic through a press, add mayonnaise, salt and white pepper to taste.

Mix the mass well; the consistency should be plastic, not dry, but not too liquid, but such that it will be easy for us to spread it in the future.

In a separate bowl, mix cream or cottage cheese and boiled yolks grated on a fine grater.

Grind everything well into a homogeneous mass, and if it is a bit thick, add a spoonful of mayonnaise.

For the roll with herbs and red pepper, we will prepare the following products.

Let's start preparing the roll in greens and bell pepper.

We prepare the cheese layer in exactly the same way as in the first case.

Apply the cheese-garlic mass to the rolled out layer, distributing it over the entire surface.

Place chopped bell peppers on top at intervals of 2-3 cm, not reaching the edge by about 10 cm.

Spread a thick layer of chopped herbs on the peppers, also leaving some free space.

This is done so that the filling remains inside while rolling the roll.

Press the chopped greens tightly onto the cheese base and begin to roll it into a tight roll.

We turn it along the bag and tie it tightly, as in the first case.

We transfer to the same tray and start preparing the third roll with ham filling.

Prepare the cheese base in the same way.

Apply the cheese mixture with horseradish on top of it in an even layer and place the thin slices tightly cut to each other. fresh cucumber.

As in the previous roll, we do not spread the filling over the entire surface, but leave a free edge.

Place thinly sliced ​​ham on top of the cucumber.

From the edge where we will wrap the roll, lay out the pitted olives in a row and carefully, slowly roll up a tight roll, trying to keep the olives in the very center.

We wrap the roll in film, tie the ends, put it on a tray with our rolls and put them in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, remove the film from completely cooled rolls and cut into portioned pieces, no more than 1 cm thick.

In addition to the fact that all the rolls turned out beautiful, they are also very tasty!

As a filling for these rolls you can use the most simple products, and the result will always be excellent!
