Quick romantic dinner. How to prepare a romantic dinner at home - the most complete instructions for a passionate cook. Crab meat and cheese balls

Representatives of both sexes face this question at least once in their lives. On the one hand, with your beloved (beloved) paradise in a hut with a cup of tea and a dried sandwich. On the other hand, you always want to celebrate a significant moment (and the thought of a romantic evening comes at a turning point in a relationship) and prepare something truly worthy of being called romantic dinner for your loved one.

Here are a few rules to keep in mind when organizing a romantic dinner:

Food should be prepared quickly, easily and without requiring the skills of a chef. This is understandable - who wants romance after 4-5 hours spent at the stove. I give my simplest and fastest recipes with photos.

For the process of sharing a meal to be truly romantic, meat, poultry and fish must be boneless. Let it be easy to use a knife and fork, and clean hands may soon come in handy.

I advise romantics to do without onions, garlic, salted fish and sharp cheeses. All these are unnecessary smells for the continuation of the evening, you will agree.

Cooked food should not cause discomfort after a couple of hours. Don't cook anything too spicy or fried. We will also leave beans and peas for less romantic occasions, for example.

Don't cook too many different dishes. Served table will lose all romanticism, if you force him with plates of dozens of appetizers. One salad, one hot dish and one dessert are enough.

The salad must be served directly on the plate. On two dishes, more precisely. Let it look like a complete masterpiece, like in a restaurant. You can do this with both a hot dish and dessert.

Prepare dishes, tablecloths and napkins without picture. It's better to decorate the table romantic accessories- candles, hearts, flowers and bows (see some examples in my article). Only in this case the table setting will not seem tacky.

Now about the products from which we need to prepare our home-made romantic dinner. I don’t know how effective aphrodisiac products are, but since every people inhabiting our planet has such products, it means there is something in it. Even the purely psychological effect of contemplation and anticipation of gastronomic pleasure in a pleasant campaign will triple us.

These are the products:

Avocado, bananas, mushrooms, caviar, nuts, coffee, strawberries, sesame seeds, honey, almonds, celery, dates, chocolate, eggs.

There is no meat in this list, but in the minds of Russian romantics, it is the most preferred aphrodisiac , so we prepare our favorite dishes with peace of mind.

In addition to the chicken:

2. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry it, get rid of the film. Cut the chicken into cubes about 2 cm in size. Chop the pineapple pulp that you removed earlier in the same way. Add to meat.

3. Get rid of the husks on the onions, chop them into half rings or rings. Enter to the pineapple with bird. Pour the contents with mayonnaise combined with spices, ground pepper, and salt to taste.

4. Place the prepared filling into the pineapple halves, do not compact it, otherwise it will not bake. Sprinkle with grated cheese, line a baking sheet with foil and place 2 stuffed fruit halves on it.

6. Boil the root vegetables until 80% done, then cut into “orange” slices. Place in a single row with the chicken, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Wrap the green part of the pineapple in foil so that the “crown” does not burn.

If you are seriously thinking about what to cook for a romantic dinner planned for two, choose one of the proposed options. You should not binge on food in the evening. Leave some energy to continue the evening!

Have you ever heard of couples therapy, where two people find warmth in solitude for spiritual intimacy. Now you know that no one can stop you if you want to spend time together and separate from the noisy crowd right in the middle of the evening. Rachel offers her own idea for dinner. All you need is to take care of the sauce in advance and have it ready.

Giada de Laurentiis, like a true Italian, prefers homemade ravioli. And to get that inherently tender texture, she uses frozen spinach for the filling. This also helps preserve its fresh color, which remains green thanks to the freezing method. But you should not be distracted while pureeing the filling, otherwise you will end up with mush instead of well-chopped mushrooms and spinach. When you bite into the ravioli, you can taste each flavor individually, and the pieces will retain maximum flavor.

All you need for a good evening is having chicken on the table. And it will taste excellent if you combine it with white wine sauce. All the fat that leaks out from frying the chicken will go into the sauce. The garlic will complement the already delicious flavor of the chicken, and the crispy skin will result from the oil rub.

Aina cooks shrimp in garlic butter. And boiled pasta will take on an intense aroma, they will not stick together in the oil, and will reveal the pleasant pepperiness of the red flakes. Take large shrimp and you will be surprised how tasty they can be.

Tyler's chicken tenders are chicken tenders that have been pounded to a thin edge. The rolls, with layers of ham and cheese, are first coated in breading and then fried until crispy. These rolled rolls look so neat that the warmth of your hands will open any heart.

What a thick and rich color this lasagna sauce is, and if you haven't tried this recipe yet, then take it first hand. Ann takes the best ingredients and combines them into a classic four-cheese lasagna recipe.

Another roll is one of the top five restaurant dishes. Tyler will help you understand the terminology so you can master the fine preparation of the vegetable paste needed to stuff the roll. Under the layer of Parma ham you will see a layer of finely chopped mushrooms, stewed in butter until a pate is formed, to which you need to pay attention by selecting aromatic herbs.

Now the steakhouse is in your home, just add shrimp and asparagus to your plate.

Don't forget about the upcoming romantic dinner, and the sauce when you drink wine on your Sunday off. You'll need a glass of dry red wine to make the sauce for the roasted chicken and mushrooms. This dish is for two people only.

Giada demonstrates how to make risotto, and achieving the creamy texture that risotto lovers crave is not that difficult. Her recipe calls for red wine and then she adds peas, which will soften with the heat of the dish and add an unexpected freshness.

We all love to eat delicious food. But I don’t particularly want to cook for a long and difficult time. Especially if it's lunch for two. Important criteria for such a meal, as a rule, are:

  • ease of preparation → so that you don’t have to spend half a day preparing the dish;
  • nutritional value → so that after 15 minutes you don’t have to look for a new snack;
  • accessibility → so as to use available, inexpensive products if possible;
  • taste → so that food is memorable and brings joy.

We tried to take all these wishes into account by compiling this selection of 10 recipes that you can take note of when planning to cook dinner for two.

The selection includes soups, salads and appetizers, as well as main courses and desserts.

A candlelit dinner for two can be arranged not only on Valentine’s Day, but also on any of the 365 days a year, when you want to surprise and please your soulmate with something pleasant and there is an uncontrollable desire to arrange a holiday of love, romance and sensuality. What to cook for a romantic dinner? What menu should you create so that everything is delicious and beautiful, but you don’t have to stand at the stove all day and, most importantly, so that you have some strength left for a night of love and passion, and not for a quick pass-out of a tired housewife? 😉 The romantic candlelit dinner that you arrange for your loved one or your loved one should be thought out to the smallest detail so that everything goes like clockwork, like clockwork...

Video menu for lovers

The main role is given not so much to the menu as to the atmosphere of the evening itself, and correctly selected and served dishes, candles, flowers, romantic music will contribute to relaxed spiritual communication and will help you tune in to the right wave.

to contents

Key points in preparation

The menu should be simple enough so that you don’t have to stand at the stove all day and so that by the time your significant other arrives, you have time to set the table and get yourself in order.

The food should be nutritious, but light, so as not to overload the stomach and not spoil the smooth and logical transition of a romantic evening into a night of love, if the latter is part of your plans.

Dishes for such a special occasion should be festive, so that this evening stands out from the faceless everyday sequence.

If you want an afterparty, when preparing dishes for a romantic dinner, you can safely use recognized aphrodisiacs: mushrooms, seafood, eggs, asparagus, celery, nuts, avocado, chili pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, bananas, grapes, strawberries and chocolate. True, your chosen one does not need to know about the purpose of these products: one man will understand everything without words and smile meaningfully, while another may be offended, deciding that you doubt his masculine strength.

Make sure in advance that no one or nothing will disturb you this evening. Turn off everything that can distract you from each other: phones, TV, radio, computer. The world will wait!

We leave only music as the background, the selection of which also needs to be taken care of in advance. Music should set you in a romantic mood, but at the same time not distract or interfere with casual communication.

Don't forget about candles, because this is exactly the element that can add a magical touch to absolutely any atmosphere. The phrase “dinner by candlelight” alone reeks of romance. You should be careful with scented candles, as strong and pungent odors can have the opposite and completely unpredictable effect. During dinner, the main sources of aromas will be dishes, fruits, flowers, perfumes, so it is better to light aroma candles after the meal, closer to the night.

Do not buy strong alcohol for a romantic dinner, but a bottle of good light wine or champagne will definitely not ruin your evening, especially since even the sounds of opening champagne or wine affect us in a certain way on a subconscious level, because we hear them during the holidays and the most pleasant events in our lives.

Even if the dinner takes place on a frosty and snowy winter evening, there must certainly be flowers on the table, but the man must take care of this.
