4. The resulting dough should resemble the dough like thick pancakes. Heat the frying pan. Spoon the minced meat into the heated vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until done.

The main thing is that it is really very tasty.

  • chicken liver – 700 g;
  • onion – 150 g;
  • carrots (fresh) – 150 g;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • semolina - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • vegetable oil – about 100 ml;
  • salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • ground black pepper – ¼ teaspoon.

Recipe for chicken liver pancakes with semolina

Chicken liver is best suited for making liver pancakes; it is from this that they turn out incredibly tender, literally melting in your mouth, but you can also use beef.

Rinse the liver thoroughly and cut off all films. Pass through a meat grinder.

Peel the onions and carrots and also chop them in a meat grinder.

In the absence of this kitchen appliance, grate the vegetables on a fine grater and chop the liver in a blender.

Mix meat and vegetable components.

Add to mixture raw eggs, flour, semolina, salt and pepper.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, leaving no lumps.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan (2 tbsp is enough), medium heat.

Fry the pancakes for 3 minutes with the lid closed.
