Ingredients:

  • smoked breast – 325 g;
  • cucumber – 55 g;
  • bell pepper– 45 g;
  • tomato – 55 g;
  • cheese – 105 g;
  • – 205 ml;

Preparation

Remove the skin from the chicken breast and cut the meat into large fibers. Place them in a deep plate, add a little mayonnaise, squeeze out the garlic and mix.   1. So, let's get started! Let's start with the meat, cut it into small pieces across the grain.
  2. Next, chop the greens, cut the onions (feathers) into small rings and place them on a plate.
  3. We also finely chop the dill (remove the hard stems, they won’t be needed) and add them to the onion.
  4. We pass the cheese into a fine grater and place it in a separate bowl.
  5. Then take a large sheet of pita bread and cut it into 4 smaller sheets.
  6. Next, take one sheet of pita bread, spread it on the table, toasted side down, grease it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with onions and dill.
  7. Now take the next sheet of pita bread and place it on the previous sheet, then coat it well with mayonnaise and cover it with cheese.
  8. Then we step back a little from the edges and lay out a third sheet; place pieces of chicken on it (do not spread mayonnaise).
  9. And finally, place the 4th sheet of pita bread on top (also stepping back a little from the edge), place the carrots on it, distributing it over the surface.
  10. And now we have all the layers prepared and we roll all our happiness tightly into a roll (from bottom to top), making sure that the snack does not fall apart.

  3. Grate the cheese - coarsely;

  8. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon;

  • thin Armenian lavash - 2 pcs.;
  • 200 g smoked chicken breast;
  • 100 g spicy Korean carrots;
  • 1 processed cheese “Druzhba”;
  • 100-150 g mayonnaise;
  • half a pomegranate seed.

How to do:

  1. Chop the chicken breast meat coarsely or finely (as you like);
  2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater;
  3. Finely chop the greens;
  4. Spread mayonnaise (use half) on the first sheet of pita bread;
  5. Place grated processed cheese on it;
