We select small tomatoes, wash them, prick them with a toothpick. We prepare the filling from large tomatoes.   • 500 gr. tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • half a medium carrot;
  • half a pod of hot pepper;
  • 5 peas of allspice;
  • a small bunch of parsley;
  • 1 tablespoon refined oil;
  • 25 ml of table vinegar (9%) or 0.5 teaspoon of vinegar essence (70%).

Marinade:

  • 500 ml of water;

  • 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.

We sterilize the container, boil the lids in water for three minutes. Wash the tomatoes, peel the carrots and onions.
