Sandwiches with salted trout and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 10 slices of white bread;
  • greenery;
  • 100 g of hard cheese of any kind;
  • 200 g fresh trout;
  • 1 tsp each salt and sugar;
  • 50 g butter.

Preparation

1. Rub the trout fillet with salt and sugar (their quantities are indicated above). Transfer to a deep bowl and leave for a day. This is exactly how long it takes for trout to infuse. Then cut it into thin slices.

2. Wash the greens in running water. Chop with a sharp knife.

3. Grind the hard cheese using a grater.
