For the salad from smoked chicken and peaches I always take a mix. This time I have arugula and corn. You can just use Chinese cabbage, but the taste will be slightly simplified.

Do not take a soft apple, it should be hard, sweet and sour varieties.

But smoked breast can be replaced with baked or fried. The taste will, of course, change, but there will be a good variation.


If the top smoked breast hard, it is better to cut it thinly. In this case, choose a slightly heavier breast. Cut the chicken into thin pieces.

Peel the apple and cut out the core. Cut into thin slices.

Recipe:

  1. The chicken fillet halves should be simmered over low heat until done.
  2. Boil eggs, peel and cut big pieces, pour into a salad bowl.
  3. Cut the ham into medium or large cubes and pour into a salad bowl.
  4. Cut hard cheese into medium or large cubes (comparable to ham) and pour into a salad bowl.
  5. The finished chicken fillet should be cut into small cubes, or cut with your hands along the grain. Pour into a salad bowl.
  6. Cut the canned peach into cubes commensurate with the rest of the ingredients, then pour into a salad bowl.
  7. Mix all the ingredients of the salad thoroughly, adding mayonnaise, salt and a mixture of peppers (to taste).
  8. Before serving the chicken and peach salad, let it sit in the refrigerator for one hour.
Serve on a plate or in a salad bowl, garnished with herbs (dill leaves or chopped parsley). Instead of peaches, the salad can also be prepared with canned pineapples or other exotic canned fruits, which will give the salad an extraordinary and interesting taste.

This salad with canned peach will appeal to seafood lovers. To prepare it, you need the following ingredients:

  • 150 g canned peaches;
  • half a head of Chinese cabbage;
  • 200 g shrimp (unpeeled);
  • 150 g green beans;
  • mayonnaise, pepper, salt to taste.

Boil the shrimp for one minute in boiling salted water and, once cooled, peel. Also boil the beans in salted water until soft and chop coarsely. Chinese cabbage tear it with your hands.   • chicken fillet – 120 g;

  • peeled – 400 g;
  • peaches – 2 pcs.;
  • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoons.

For refueling:

  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • fresh basil – 0.5 bunch;
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • spices.

Preparation

Boil the eggs, cool completely and peel them. Wash the basil and lettuce leaves and dry them towel and chop with a knife. Carefully remove the zest from the lemon and grate a teaspoon on a fine grater. Squeeze the juice from the peeled fruit, mix it with olive oil, zest, chopped basil and spices. Place the peeled shrimp in a bowl, pour over some of the dressing, stir and set aside for 20 minutes. Wash the peaches, dry them, cut them into halves and remove the pits. Place the lettuce leaves on a large plate, then place the peach slices on top. Throw the marinated shrimp into a frying pan with heated olive oil and fry, stirring, until golden brown. Cut the boiled eggs into quarters and place them together with seafood on a plate with salad. Sprinkle the food with the remaining dressing and serve.
