  3. Grind the hard-boiled eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Chop the green onions with a knife.
  5. Mix everything except the shrimp and season with your chosen sauce.
  6. Place the appetizer on a platter or salad bowl and place the shrimp on top.

Option with red caviar

What do you need:

  • squid, corn - one jar;
  • red caviar – 90 g;
  • carrots – 100 g;
  • fresh cucumber – 0.2 kg;

How to cook:

  1. Boil carrots and eggs. Coarsely grate individually.
  2. Chop the squid with a knife.

Lenten salad of canned squid with vegetables

What do you need:

  • squid – 0.2-0.25 kg;
  • tomato – 150 g;
  • sweet pepper – 150 g;
  • pitted olives – 120-130 g;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • mustard – 5 ml;
  • olive oil – 60 ml;
  • fresh herbs - a bunch;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing oil, juice from a whole lemon, pressed garlic and mustard.
  2. Cut the squid into large cubes or strips and add to the marinade.
  3. Wash and dry the vegetables. Cut the tomato into large cubes, the pepper into quarters of rings. Add to squid.
  4. Cut the olives in half and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Finely chop the greens and add to the rest of the ingredients.

All that remains is to mix, put in a salad bowl and serve. If there is too much sauce, it doesn’t hurt to drain the excess first.

Unusual salad with squid and mushrooms

What do you need:

  • canned squid – 0.2 kg;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • fresh champignons – 100 g;
  • processed cheese – 0.2 kg;
  • chicken egg – 3-4 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper, mayonnaise - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - how much will be needed.

How to cook:

  1. Fry chopped mushrooms and onions.
  2. Divide the hard-boiled eggs into whites and yolks, grate separately.
  3. Grind the cheese on a grater with large holes. If desired, you can add a clove of garlic passed through a press.
  4. Cut the squid into cubes.
  5. Place the products in a salad bowl or on a dish in layers, having previously mixed each of them with mayonnaise. The optimal sequence is: whites, squid, half the cheese, mushrooms, remaining cheese, yolks. There is no need to mix yolks with mayonnaise.

This salad option can be served with festive table. Despite the ease of preparation and the absence of little available products, it turns out very tasty. Champignons in the recipe can be replaced with oyster mushrooms, but the aromatic Forest mushrooms are inappropriate in it.
